| The Gel-Pro™ bariatric gel mattress overlay offers maximum protection to guard against the incidence of pressure sores. Gel-Pro™ therapeutic bariatric medical mattress overlays incorporate the best features and benefits of gel and foam. Our Gel Flex™ Channel core is constructed of a soft semi-solid gel in the “channels” between our resilient foam “hexon springs’. Gel-Flex Channel provides optimum pressure redistribution, proper support, and extraordinary comfort for bariatric patients. The Vyvex-I™ top cover is a soft non-shear nylon material that helps to reduce heat and moisture build-up. The bottom cover is a durable medical-grade vinyl. Both materials are fluid and stain-resistant, anti-microbial, and fire retardant. Available in sizes 35”, 42”, 48” full, queen, and custom sizes and thicknesses. Overlays can be manufactured to meet Federal Flammability Standard 16 CFR 1633 when specified. The 35″ overlay supports up to 350 lbs. Custom sizes to support up to 1000 lbs. Please specify patient’s weight. |  |

Bariatric Alternating Pressure Pad & Pump Mattress Overlay Systems
| The Air-Pro™ Model 4430 Bariatric Alternating Pressure Pad and Pump mattress overlay, APP. The Air-Pro™ Series Alternating Pump and Overlay Mattress Systems include a foldaway bed hanger bracket. This feature keeps the pump off the floor and reduces any accidental damage. Our easy-access filter located on the bottom of the pump reduces any chance of dust particles from entering the pump compressor motor. We include a heavy-duty double-bubble style low-air loss pad available with or without head and foot tuck under flaps. Air-Pro™ Series – Alternating Pressure Pad Mattress OverlayMaterial: Medical grade PVC with Anti-microbial, fire-retardant treatments.Design: Bubble Style with more touchpoints for effective weight distribution.
