Foam Mattress Replacement Covers
Replacement covers for all Blue Chip foam 36″, 42″ & 48″ wide and 76″ 80″ & 84″ in length mattress are available in a variety of highly specialized cover materials. Covers with patient safety side rail safety systems are available.

Behavioral and Prison Mattress systems feature a choice of heavy-duty and rip-stop covers with sealed seams and durable foams that meet the most stringent flammability requirements.
Dormitory Mattress
Blue Chip’s specialty foam dormitory mattress offers comfort, support and maximum durability. The inner core is a high-density polyurethane foam that is covered with a heavy-duty anti-microbial vinyl cover.
